- BIKE RIDE TO FIGHT CANCER

Ready to ride the smooth, rolling hills of the 4.0 mile Road America race track? There are several ways to register for the ride, each with a couple of options. The most important thing to remember is that to do the Bike Ride to Fight Cancer, you need two things.
ride check in
After you have registered for the ride, check in at the tourdeRoadAmerica booth near the Four Mile Merchant on the main paddock road. You'll receive your t-shirt (complements of Bella's Custom Design) and goody bag at check in. If you've earned fundraising incentives, you will also pick them up at check in. Maps, directions, and parking information is located >here<. Look for the yellow banners for the tourdeRoadAmerica booth.
Print any donation confirmations or receipts and bring them with you to check in.

We encourage all participants to fundraise for the ride. It's not a requirement, but we strongly encourage it.
Like the peloton in major cycling races, the team accomplishes more when it works together. Even if you make only the minimum donation in Option A, you can still fundraise among your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers.

Register on our secure on-line donation system. Make a contribution at least $25 per rider on >our donation page< to register for the ride. You can also register as a family or group (one transaction for multiple riders). Many cycling fundraisers require a minimum contribution of $100, or that you fundraise and raise at least that amount. Fundraising is completely optional, though we ask that if you don't fundraise, to please consider increasing your contribution beyond the $25 minimum.

Friday admission to Road America is required for all riders in the tourdeRoadAmerica. If you already have tickets or admission, all you need to do is part 1 above to register.
For your convenience, you can both pre-register for the ride (through a donation) and purchase Friday or other weekend ticket packages directly from Road America's ticket office. Read below for several special offers and how you can get a free Friday ticket.
When pre-registering through Road America, your tourdeRoadAmerica registration includes a $5 ride fee, and $20 donation to the Lance Armstrong Foundation or >one of our other worthy beneficiaries<.

Need tickets? Friday tickets to Road America are $20 (before 8/5/09) and $30 thereafter and at the Road America gate. Order them through the >on-line Road America Ticket Office<. Or
call 1-800-365-RACE With your Friday ticket, you will have access to the beautiful Road America facility, including the race paddock, spectator areas for Friday's races and ALMS qualifying, and the Family Fun Zone. There is a $6 processing fee per order. If you're buying tickets at the gate, receive $10 off your daily Road America admission ticket at the gate when making a $5 or more donation of non-perishable food for the Race to Feed the Hungry.
